Did you know that According to the American Hair Loss Association, two-thirds of men will begin to see their luscious locks start to disappear by age 35.
Now once they turn 50, about 85 percent of men will have experienced a significant amount of thinning.
And What’s even more upsetting is that about 25 percent of men who are affected by hair loss start to see thinning before age 21.
Unfortunately for women this condition does not just affect men… In fact, about 40 percent of people losing their hair are women. In-fact by the time half of all woman hit 50 they will be dealing with some degree of hair loss.
Now whether you just started seeing strands disappear down the shower drain or your currently trying to disguise your retreating hair with a hat or some new hairstyle, hair loss is a daily challenge for those who experience it.
I am sure if you’re watching this video you may already know, there’s a lot of treatments out there for hair loss, from topical medications to pills all the way to hair transplants.
Now I am not saying that these things don’t work to a degree, there have been plenty of people who seem to get good results from some of these treatments.
However, What I have noticed upon my research is that… these treatments don’t really seem to always last.
In-fact according to some of the leading medications information including Minoxidil which is the primary ingredient in rogaine or Finasteride which is another FDA approved hair loss medication, if were to stop taking or using these medications the effects are supposedly supposed to kinda go in reverse.
Meaning any effort that you put into regrowing or stopping your hair loss is all for naught.
Which brings me to my main point, if you’re going to use something to help you stop hair-loss or potentially regrow your hair why not try the most natural way possible, CBD.
Ok so before I get into how CBD could potentially help you with your hair loss or regrowth
Let me first break down the main reasons why hair loss happens in the first place.
Ok, People typically lose about 100 hairs a day which usually doesn’t cause any noticeable thinning on your scalp. This is due to new hair growing in at the same time that you’re losing it.
Hair in a follicle typically goes through a growth cycle that lasts about two to six years. Even if you shave or cut your hair, the same hair will grow back out of the follicle from the root of the hair contained within the follicle.
At the end of this cycle, the hair enters what’s known as a resting phase before finally falling out a few months later. Then, the follicle produces a new hair, and the cycle begins again.
Unfortunately High levels of hormones, including DHT(Dihydrotestosterone.) which is created from testosterone, can shrink your hair follicles as well as shorten this cycle, causing the hair to grow out looking thinner and more brittle, as well as fall out faster.
Can CBD REALLY Help Hair Loss and Hair Growth?
So we know CBD comes with many benefits but can it really help stop hair loss and rejuvenate a thinning head of hair?
I will say that CBD oil doesn’t go into your hair follicles or strands and makes them magically longer and thicker. instead CBD oil works by helping your body get to the ideal condition for maximum hair growth.
Now I am sure you’re about to say screw this I am just gonna go Mr. Clean and if that is what you want to do or you’re already almost there.. Why not.
However if you just started noticing a receding hairline or maybe more hair in your shower drain then you normally do it is the perfect time to start using CBD to put your body in the perfect state in order to have the healthiest head possible.
So I know CBD will help you get into that ideal condition for maximum hair growth but I am sure you’re wondering how?
Let me give you some examples.
CBD oil can promote restful sleep and less stress. But how’s that gonna help with hairloss.
Sleep, and not just any sleep… deep restful sleep will help you reduce your levels of cortisol which is the stress hormone and has been linked to higher levels of hair-loss.
CBD oil can reduce inflammation.
Many of you may not know this but chronic inflammation significantly impacts your hair’s health and growth.
So since CBD not only helps suppress inflammation in the body, it is also suspected to reach sebaceous glands—which secretes oil that lubricates hair—in the follicle where it can provide therapeutic benefits.
CBD oil increases blood circulation.
And Obviously Increased circulation has many benefits including causing more stimulation to your scalp since CBD increases cerebral blood flow, it helps deliver more nutrients to hair follicles and removes harmful toxins, allowing hair to become stronger and healthier to promote new growth.
So basically if you are experiencing hair loss or a little thinning you should definitely make CBD a part of your daily routine.
Don’t worry I am not gonna leave you hanging with just that.
In the description I have selected some of the best CBD oil on the market that doesn’t have any added bullsh** and has a ton of verified reviews and lab reports. This way you don’t end up with an oil that doesn’t work or one that has ingredients that you don’t know about which tends to happen more often than it should. So feel free to check those out.
And if you liked the video it would be totally awesome if you would like and share but either way have a great day and I will see you next time.
